Library Media Center Services
Our Library Mission
Shawano School libraries are student-centered learning environments designed to engage students in discovering the joy of reading, build their information and digital competencies, and ensure they have access to a collection that reflects the rich diversity of our school and local communities, as well as their personal interests.
Our Library Vision
We strive to create a community that celebrates reading, embraces diverse perspectives through our collections, and equips every student with the skills to think critically, access information, and navigate our digital world with confidence. It is our goal that every student will become an accomplished reader, critical thinker, and informed citizen through the resources and services provided by the school library program and staff.
