A group of Shawano athletic program stakeholders met in the spring of 2018 to assess the existing culture within our athletic program and teams. That group continued to meet regularly for nearly a year and developed the Shawano Athletics P.R.I.D.E initiative. The vision statement and core values printed below identify our aspirations for our student athletes, coaches, and athletic teams. The core values are what we hold most important in our programs, and what we hope those associated with our teams and programs will practice.
