We are building a new strategic plan that will guide the work of our district over the next 5 years (2025) and beyond to 2038, providing us with a set of broad goals that will help to define success for each student.
In May 2020, the Shawano Visioning board and Steering Committee began to create a plan for students that was “future ready” and would outline key priorities for the district to prepare our students for that vision.
Now, it’s your turn to review the work and provide your voice and feedback. All employees and other stakeholders are invited to participate in this survey, to let the steering committee know what matters to you. This is your opportunity to contribute to this important process and provide input into decisions that impact your work! The survey results will be used by the steering committee to generate the draft strategic plan for Shawano School District. Thank you for taking the time to participate in the survey and provide input. Your answers are anonymous.
All individual responses on the survey are kept confidential and are only accessible to the Studer Education survey team. Results and summarized verbatim comments are shared in aggregate and by school/department to the district.
