π Elevating Positive Behavioral Support at Hillcrest and Olga Brener Elementary Schools! π
Yesterday, our passionate Elementary PBIS teams gathered to collaborate, organize, and chart a course toward even greater support for our students! ππ
What's on Our Agenda?
β¨ Proactive Approaches: We delved into proactive strategies, gearing up to create an environment that nurtures positive behaviors from the start.
π€ Strategic Responses: Addressing situations where behaviors are a concern, we discussed effective and supportive responses to ensure the well-being of our students.
π Universal Layers of Support: Exploring the diverse needs of our students, we reaffirmed our commitment to providing universal layers of support that benefit every child in our vibrant community.
π Individualized Support: Recognizing the uniqueness of each student, we brainstormed ways to tailor support, ensuring that every child receives the attention they deserve.
π Reflecting on Our Practices: Continuous improvement is key! We established a reflective practice to evaluate and refine our approaches, ensuring they evolve with the needs of our dynamic school environment.
Our mission is clear: to foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all our students. Stay tuned as we roll out communication strategies to keep our staff, students, and community informed about our commitment to meeting diverse behavioral needs! ππ§π§π’
